I had a fix of my signature pose last week when I flaunted off my rosy dress. You will never see me wearing shirt at work (except for my Hello Kitty shirt, hehe) because I don't feel such a girly.
Remember this photo taken by Blue Castro a couple of years ago? I looked so royal in there that until now, I still use this photo. My wavy hair, red lips and little black dress define my personality.
A few months after, Blue and I had another set and we didn't finish the whole session without him taking a photo of me in my signature pose. This looked fresh, kudos to the wind effect!
And lastly, for our Cream Pop set, Blue made me pose again in a hippie vibe! Oh well, I just realized that I loved braids since I don't know when!
Aging, ahoo! I have bigger and rounder face years after! Hahaha! That's because of my hair style (yes, defensive!). I really had to post this pic to prove to show my face. I have a better version of my signature pose:
It looks so emo, though. Hehe. Forgive me that the quality is not a pro as well since we used my iPhone's camera. I'm gonna take time to practice my signature pose so it won't look like a real cheapo! :D
Here's a closer look! Oh how I wish I can fasten my hair's growth! I badly need a perm now. I want to look so girlier than ever! And rainy season can not stop me from wearing floral dresses for I've only just begun! ♥

Work & Play
These are photos of me taken at the office during our break time, of course. I love my job that it inspires me to dress up every single day. And I love my job that I'm just a few steps away from the boardroom (plus I have full access on it) where I can take cozy photos of me.
A little post-processing gave the look a more classic and fiercer vibe! Notice how the presence and the absence of color change everything.
Two more versions shouldn't be that bad! I'm convinced that I should braid my hair more often. Agree?
So this was taken one rainy afternoon, while my workmates and I were waiting for the shuttle service to arrive. It was raining cats and dogs, we couldn't go outside so we decided to take pictures at the boardroom.
Here's my take on full brows as well. Others may find it odd but I really like how it transforms my features in a new dimension. Wait, did I just say dimension? HAHAHAHA. Oh seriously, I love using my eyebrow pencil in black and brown from Sephora.

That's me in different moods. Special thanks to Ate Virge who never says no every time I ask her to take my photos! She really knows my girly side!
I superlove this! The braid looked fine despite the fact that I only used a regular rubber band to tie it. I'm loving braids now! I wish I can pull my hair so it would grow faster. I'm too giddy to try the different styles of hair braids!

Ladies and gents, allow me to show you my "natural" smile! Heee. One of my few desires in life is to become a commercial model of a shampoo, hence the pose!

Until my next work and play moment,

Omakase, Oh I'm Crazy!
The boyfriend and I had our usual movie date last Friday. We planned about this a day before but I felt like he wanted something aside from watching a film. I knew it, he wanted something gooooood to eat. He asked me what I want for dinner so I asked him back, "Can we eat outside the mall. Hmm, somewhere in Morato?" Being my boyfriend of seven years, he knew what I was thinking. "Omakase?", he said.
End of the story.
Omakase's Mix Nigiri, P280
I always order GDR (Golden Blossom-Dynamite Roll-Rising Sun) Sushi Platter whenever I dine in Omakase but I had a change of heart last Friday. I wanted to try something new. So I ordered Mix Nigiri (Salmon, Ebi, Tuna, Uni, Tamagon and Kani). Of course I'm no longer surprised, it was heaven! Oohlalala! And as of now I'm craving for some! Delicioso!
Omakase Salad, Php 140
Omakase Salad shouldn't be missed as well. It's Omakase's own version of kani salad with a twist. Scrumptious shredded Japanese crabstick, lettuce, cucumber tomato and ebiko--my favorite, with a special mayo dressing. I actually don't like mayonnaise but Omakase dishes served with mayonnaise are such exemptions!
Ebi Tempura, P260
My first time to try their version of tempura. One of the yummiest, I can say! Hindi ka lugi sa breading unlike Tokyo Tokyo's. (Shizz, I swear, I really want to eat as I type this entry! Ahhhhhh!!!)
And one thing constant about Omakase is their house tea. I l♥ve their house tea, hot or iced! Do you know why Japanese/Chinese restaurants serve tea? For more than a thousand years, Japanese and Chinese drink tea after every meal. Japanese even have a culture called "The Way of the Tea" aka Japanese Tea Ceremony, right? It's because tea contains antioxidants which stop the oxidation of bad cholesterol and thus, increasing the amount of good cholesterol and it lowers the risk of stomach cancers. These are just two of the many advantages of tea that I need not to enumerate.
My date and I. ♥
We didn't stay for so long in Omakase. We rushed back to The Block right after our meal to catch the last full show of Fast Five. As usual, Paul Walker is so freaking hot and his blue eyes are truly the windows of his soul! Hahaha, yes, there's like that! :P

A Floral Affair
It's another official statement, I love floral prints. I have already proclaimed my love for animal prints and nautical designs, and now it's my turn to tell the world how much I adore this feminine vibe.
Last Saturday, Toto and I decided to drop by Forever 21 in SM Makati after spending chill hours in Starbucks Greenbelt. The second we entered the shop, a floral dress hanging by a rack caught our attention. Toto knew I would impulsively buy it so he told me to fit it in the dressing room. I said I wanted to buy some clothes for Justin Bieber's concert but I had a mini-dilemma that I'd be coming from a regular meeting before going to the concert venue so I thought of buying a dress! Haha. Obviously I didn't want to bring another outfit at work so I just wore it yesterday with a blazer.
And just last week, I bought a new bag from an Ukay (thrift shop/vintage shop). Original price is P355.00 but since I'm practicing my haggling skills, I got it for only... P200.00! Not bad! What I liked about the bag is that it doesn't have a zipper or lock. I prefer bringing bags like this on an everyday basis and yes, look at the prints! It reminds me of Cath Kidston!
YES! Cath Kidston is one of my favorite brands from London because of its soft, feminine designs! Aside from bags, CK also has products like shoes, linens, kitchenware, etc. Check out their website linked above. :)
FOREVER 21 SHOES.
Omgaaaah, shoppergasm. Forever 21's shoe collection has floral pairs too! I want NEED to buy the first pair, it's a t-strap! I absolutely love t-strap footwear that I almost have 5 pairs of it in different styles. Plus, the floral design is so chic, so Victorian-inspired! I'm going to check local stores like Tomato and Possibility, I saw few floral pairs in their collections too!
Clockwise from the bottom: Asos Leora Floral Bow T-Bar ballerina, Santi clutch, Rah Rah flat sandals, Topshop MOTO Yellow Floral hotpants, Desire Clothing denim shorts, Topshop Beige Peter Pan-collared floral playsuit, Jil Sander Floral-print Silk Mini Dress, Topshop Chiffon Floral dress
I Polyvored more inspirational fashion pieces with floral accents and designs and these are my top favorites. I'm eying on 3 stuff there: the ballerina flats, Peter Pan-collared dress and the denim shorts. Bigger floral collection awaits my closet and I am so excited!
Glad that I'm able to share my wardrobe's favorites. So far, I have animal prints, nautical and floral. Up next is another fave, of course. Any wild guess? I've already mentioned it in my previous posts. It's up there, ha!
