9 Years: Babymoon

Nine long years and counting!

Our ninth year together starts a new page for both of us. And because I am now on my 23rd week bearing our little one in my tummy, we can't go out of town for a celebration like we did in the past two years. We decided to just stay in a good hotel for an overnight stay and spoil ourselves a little. 

Sofitel did the justice. We felt like we were in Plantation Bay, only nearer and better! The view of Manila Bay eased the pain of me missing the sand, and its poolside, great food and service made us real VIPs! Paolo and I lived a luxurious life there. No worries at all! If we could only afford a 3D2N stay, we would definitely stay longer!

We'd like to thank, by the way, our lovely friends who came to celebrate our special day with us! Toto, Kimmie & Mon and Jovy came over for a night swimming session and movie night special showing Black Swan! Thank you, thank you! You made it more special! Love you guys!

What's good about short/overnight trips is that you'd get to enjoy every second, if not, every minute of it. We wasted no time, I must say. We enjoyed our bonding with our little one's quickening. 

I am not sure what's gonna happen next year, on our tenth. But what's really, really up next is that my ultrasound is scheduled next week. Can't wait to see our baby inside me! 

To my dearest Paolo, I may not be the perfect girlfriend/fiancee, but I promise that I am going to be the wife and the mother to our child that both of you deserve. Thank you for all the love. Everyday of my life I am devoted to take care and be the best for you. I love you, babe!

Hi, Girls, I'm Back!

Whoah! It's been more than a month since I last posted an entry and more than months since I updated my blog like I used to do.

There are two important life events that happened during the months of my absence and I'm quite sad that Superloved missed to share these things with you. Real time updates are only posted on Twitter, uploaded on Instagram, and my random, silly and shallow ideas are shared on Facebook. 

Now I'm trying to pull my old self back with blog posts of endless photos (I have a lot to share since October!) s-l-o-w-l-y. For the mean time, feel free to sneak and find hints on my photos on Instagram (@MsMarianneMarcial) and follow me on Twitter (@mariannemarcial) too.

A New Life Is Coming

Weeks have passed, my silence brought me to a decision that will change my life forever. I can't even contain the happiness I'm feeling but there is something I'm certain of right now.

Happy news become the happiest when shared with your closest, best friends. 

I simply cannot wait for that day to come. The day I was sent to the hospital taught me so many lessons in life and made me realize that life is always full of surprises. The opening may not always begin with a big bang, but God never gives us something He knows we can't handle and overcome. I am beyond thankful for my parents, sisters, cousins and few friends who share the most exciting, life changing moment I'm currently in.

And if the world only knows how much I want that day to come, I'm super sure that it would throw the petals and the confetti for me.

I'm new, complete, and whole again. 

Thank you for this wonderful gift. I've never been excited to embrace this new life coming. And oh, should I say it's on its way? :)

Happy Birthday, Superloved!

My blog just turned a year older yesterday. I did not throw a special bash nor a giveaway. Well, I actually thought of that but I guess, now is not the right time. However, I'm still happy that Superloved is still on its secret world and yet, it is reached by an appreciative audience. Being able to write the what's-ups of my life with photos and "quotable quotes" despite my super busy schedule is more than enough. Writing has always been therapeutic for me. I don't blog to boast, to impress or to make readers envious of such things. I write because I want to. Just like a chef saying cooking is his passion and a policeman devoting himself to serve and protect lives, writing will forever be my first love.

A single post garnering at least 10 Facebook “likes” is one of the many small things I am thankful for. I do not want the whole world to read anything I post, I may be judged according to the words I use or by the grammatical errors I commit. But yeah, I want to inspire my readers in my own little ways. I write mostly about my life as a whole, not fashion, travel, food, makeups and all. Writing these things keep my feet on the ground. I don’t have Hermes bags, Louboutin shoes and yet, I try to write the best stories to tell.

Superloved Is Turning One!
